If that thought has crossed your mind, even once, you're in the right place.
Women Physicians Collective is a verified room of women physicians who get it. Live get-togethers, workshops, resources, and the group chat vibes you deserve. Plus CME that was created for you, not just your patients.
Most members spend 10 to 30 minutes a week here. Some come to everything. Some drop in when they need it. The room is always open.
You can be surrounded by colleagues all day and still feel completely alone.
Medicine trained us to disconnect. From ourselves, from each other, from whoever we were before the degree. You can love this work and still feel it asking for more than it gives back.
And it's not only the big things.
It's the committee, the inbox, the charting, the one more thing you said yes to. None of them look huge alone. Together, they eat up your life.
It's the untouched paint and canvas in the closet. The residency friend you almost texted. The version of you who used to blast Cardi B while getting ready and hasn't in longer than you'd admit.
The woman underneath the schedule is still in there. She has opinions, ridiculous stories, big ideas, and plans that have nothing to do with medicine.
You worked too hard to become this woman to spend the next 30 years just getting through it.
You have plenty of people to discuss patients with, and almost no one you can talk to about your own life
You want CME that's relevant to your life, not another box to check
You want to stay in medicine. Just not like this
You may be circling a decision about cutting back, changing roles, or what comes next, and you haven't made it yet
You want friendships with women who are as thoughtful, funny, and driven as you are
You want a life that holds more than work, recovery, and preparing to work again
WPC is physician-only, verified, and always open.
It's the rare place where career conundrums, honest conversations, big ideas, and absolute nonsense all live comfortably side by side.
Your private home base on web and app. No ads, no algorithm, and nowhere near your public social feeds. Drop in for two minutes or an hour. It's a place to actually chill.
Member conversations and thoughtful prompts keep the room alive, even when nothing’s on fire.
One physician-led hour a month to think differently, get real, laugh harder than you expected, and leave with more energy than you brought in.
The Weekly Sign-Out is a members-only Saturday note that keeps you connected to The Collective, even during the weeks when showing up live is not happening.
One new AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ drops each month through a private podcast, covering what med school skipped: perimenopause, physician identity, burnout, pelvic floor health, and more.
The CME Bridge post in the community brings every session back to your life, so we can actually apply what we’re learning.
Join our annual or quarterly plan today and have > 6 credits already waiting.

For the email you've rewritten six times, the schedule that looks like it was designed by an frenemy, and the dinner plan your post-call brain can’t produce.
Interactive tools built for physician life, plus practical guidance for using AI confidently and responsibly.

A few of the conversations happening in The Lounge lately:
Real career conundrums: medical director roles, compensation, administration, and staffing, with honest input from women who have been there
The most ridiculous thing that happened this week: clinical, administrative, or personal, and the more absurd the better
Imposter syndrome, said out loud, and the relief of finding out how many of us have been carrying the same thing
The top four sleep tips for night shift, from a triple board-certified sleep physician
The good stuff too: the pivots, the plans, and the things people are actually looking forward to
CME for your license. Community for your life.
A single CME weekend can cost $800 to $2,800 before travel, and take a weekend you may not have. A full year here costs less than many conferences, requires no travel, and does not end when the session does.
Membership may qualify for professional development or CME reimbursement, depending on your employer's policy.

All memberships renew automatically until canceled, except for the resident/fellow membership which requires annual confirmation of trainee status. Canceling stops your next billing cycle, and access continues through the period you have already paid for.
Every member is a verified physician.
That's what lets the conversation go deeper, faster, with nobody performing, nobody explaining the basics, and nobody trying to sell you something.
After checkout, you’ll confirm your status with your NPI number or a link to your professional profile. Verification usually takes 1 to 2 business days, and access opens as soon as you're approved.
MEET YOUR HOST
Picture me in my second year of residency, 2 a.m., midway through a 28-hour PICU shift. I had just finished intubating a baby. I went to the call room, sat down on the twin bed in the dark and realized I felt completely empty.
Not tired. Empty.
What scared me was the realization that I had no idea who I was outside of being a doctor.
What helped me through that year wasn't more information or a better plan. It was other women.
Later, when I went looking for that same kind of connection in a space built specifically for women physicians, I couldn't find it. So I built the room I had been searching for.
And I didn't want another place where women physicians gather only when something is wrong. I wanted the whole thing: the hard decisions, the bold ideas, the ridiculous stories, the career pivots, the surprising wins, and the parts of ourselves medicine never got to own.
I'm so glad you're here!
Double board-certified in general pediatrics and pediatric hospital medicine
Co-founder of a free physician community with 150,000 members, launched at the beginning of COVID
Workshop facilitator for more than seven years
National conference planner and speaker

Some workshops include replays. Others are live-only so everyone can be fully present together. Attendance is optional. So is being on camera, and so is speaking. PJs are also optional, but highly encouraged.
Most members spend 10 to 30 minutes a week here, and most of what's inside doesn't require being logged in live. Some come to everything. Others drop in when they need it. There's no attendance requirement.
On a private women-ran platform that isn't Facebook and isn't running an algorithm on you. Web and app are both available, whichever you prefer.
We walk you through it step by step, and your certificates are delivered straight to your email inbox.
No. Physicians in transition or stepping back from clinical medicine belong here too.
No. WPC is a peer community. You are not a patient here, and I am not your coach. It's real conversation, physician to physician.
From time to time we may invite guest coaches or facilitators to lead optional group coaching experiences or workshops. Those sessions are always clearly identified.
There are women in there building careers, changing their minds, laughing at how absurd all of this is, and making bigger plans.
Women who will laugh with you about the rash photo your cousin sent at 10pm, and who actually mean it when they ask how you're doing.
You belong with women who understand the career and are interested in the woman living around it.
I cannot WAIT for you to meet them.
Pick the plan that fits your life and step into this month's conversations, workshops, and AI Playground as soon as you're verified.
Pull up a chair.
Cancellation and Refunds: Membership may be canceled at any time, and access remains active through the end of the current billing period.
